I bought these beauties a while ago at the second hand market,and although they were used and not made by the same person, I really like both of them. One is blond and the other has dark hair,And although the blonde one was done better, I like both and I will always keep them in my collection

Does anyone know who made them?If you know, tell me

I am not the first owner of them, and the person I bought them from also couldn't tell me who made them
